For the third year in a row, the 2TM team are raising funds for Serendipity Tamworth by hosting our BRA-B-Q event for Breast Cancer Awareness month. This year will event takes place during the school holidays and will be held in Fitzroy Street Mall from 9am on Thursday 3rd October 2024, where both 2TM and sister station 92.9fm will alternate broadcasting live until 1pm.

 

This years event is bigger and better than ever before with additional activities for all ages and right in time for the school holidays including a colouring-in station, cup and ball challenge, an ice-cream van, balloon animals and performances by the Dance Dynamics kids. The BBQ will be fired up by the team from PRD Real Estate Tamworth where you can buy a sausage sandwich with onions for a Gold Coin donation.  Local MP Mr Kevin Anderson, has again this year generously supplied all of the food for the BBQ.

 

100% of all funds raised will be donated to Serendipity Tamworth.

If you can’t make it on the day, you can drop off donations to the station at any time during the month of October where raffle tickets will also be available for purchase.
